Remote Support

Step 1: Click here to download the application Support-LogMeInRescue.exe and click save. We recommend downloading to your desktop for easy locating.

Step 2: Once the application is downloaded, double click the icon for the program. Once the application is running a Service Technician will start your remote session. You will then be placed in a live chat environment with your technician.

Step 3: The technician will likely need to access your desktop to solve your issue. When the technician starts the Remote Control session, you will be prompted to approve it. Simply click "OK" and your technician will handle the rest.
